“Bar Code, produced by the National Film Board of Canada and ARTE France, explores our relationship to the objects around us.
Featuring 100 short films made by 30 Canadian and European directors, this collective work presents a new spin on everyday objects. A pair of shoes evokes an amorous past; eyebrow tweezers prompt reflection on gender identity; a mixing bowl becomes a musical instrument.
Drop by anytime to scan one of their barcodes to unlock the mysteries these objects have to tell in this one-of-a-kind mobile and interactive new media project.“
