FREE entertainment and FREE activities await you, your families and/or your friends at the Barry Zukerman Amphitheatre in Earl Bales Park , located at 4169 Bathurst St.
A variety of musical performances will be presented every Tuesday evening as “Tuesday Night Live!”
Here is the summer schedule for “Tuesday Night Live!” from 7 to 8 p.m, each Tuesday:
- July 5: Rhythm Umurisho Toronto – a colourful and energetic drumming group from Burundi, Africa
- July 12: Garrison Creek – a Toronto-based bluegrass band
- July 19: The Weston Jazz/Swing Ensemble – nine-piece combo with two vocalists
- July 26: Russian Folk Choir – colourful costumes, Russian folk music and dance
- August 2: Hannaford Street Silver Band – Canada’s award winning professional brass band
- August 9: Dan David Band – Toronto Israeli folk group
- August 16: Toronto Saxophone Quartet – jazz, swing, ragtime, Hollywood, Broadway and the classics
- August 23: Royal Canadian Legion Concert Band, Branch 344 – Broadway, jazz and concert music
- August 30: Casablanca Orchestra – playing great hits from the ’30s to the ’90s
Also, families can enjoy activities and games presented every other Thursday in the “Family Fun Theatre” series.
As part of the Family Fun Theatre on alternate Thursday evenings, parents and children can join in FREE family-friendly activities that begin at 5:30 p.m.

- July 14 from 7 to 8 p.m.: Funky Mamas – music for the whole family
- July 28 from 7 to 8 p.m.: The Ben Show – featuring a comedian, busker and juggler
- August 11 at 8 p.m.: Mystic Drums – world music safari adventure followed by a family movie under the stars at 8:30 p.m. More details: 416-392-3846
- August 25 from 7 to 8 p.m.: Rhythm Umurisho Toronto – drumming group from Burundi, Africa

City to host seventh annual free summer entertainment series at Barry Zukerman Amphitheatre
The City of Toronto will host the seventh annual free musical and theatre performances throughout the summer at the Barry Zukerman Amphitheatre in Earl Bales Park, located at 4169 Bathurst St.
“Tuesday Night Live!” will entertain audiences with live music each Tuesday evening. Families can also enjoy activities and games presented every other Thursday in the “Family Fun Theatre” series.
Tuesday Night Live! features an array of musical genres. All performances run from 7 to 8 p.m.
