The Make Poverty History (MPH) Steering Committee invites you to join tens of thousands of Canadians at the Peoples’ Social Forum (PSF) in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
- From 21-24 August, the largest Canadian grassroots anti-poverty movement will come together for the Peoples’ Social Forum in Ottawa.
- Each day is packed with exciting events such as workshops, exhibitions and musical performances, all starting with the opening march from Victoria Island to Parliament Hill on Aug. 21st.
- For the “opening march on Thursday 21 August, we’ll meet at 2:30 pm at the steps of the Library and Archives Canada (395 Wellington St, Ottawa) and walk to Victoria Island together, where the march begins.”
- Attend workshops organized by the steering committee members.
- Visit the Make Poverty History table at the University of Ottawa.

Le Comité directeur d’Abolissons la pauvreté invite à vous joindre à des dizaines de milliers de Canadiens au Forum Social des Peuples à Ottawa.
- Du 21 au 24 août, le plus grand mouvement canadien à base citoyenne de lutte contre la pauvreté se rassemblera à l’occasion du Forum social des peuples, à Ottawa.
- Chaque jour sera rempli d’activités palpitantes comme des ateliers, des expositions et des spectacles musicaux, le tout débutant par la Marche d’ouverture du 21 août qui partira de l’Île Victoria pour se terminer à la colline Parlementaire.
- Joignez-vous à nous lors de la Marche d’ouverture, le jeudi 21 août.
- “Nous vous donnons rendez-vous à 14 heures 30 sur le parvis de Bibliothèque et Archives Canada (395, rue Wellington, Ottawa).
