Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is warning the public not to consume certain lettuce products described below because these products may contain E. coli O157:H7 bacteria.
Regarding the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA)’s ongoing food safety investigation, the recall update includes the following additional lettuce products:
