Mayor Rob Ford to mail car tax refunds ahead of schedule
On , the City of Toronto will begin the early mail out of the car tax refund cheques. Mayor Rob Ford along with City staff will be marking the occasion by dropping the first batch of refund cheques in the mailbox at the main entrance of City Hall.
