City of Toronto to officially open water play-and-splash pad
Councillor Gary Crawford (Ward 36 Scarborough Southwest) and City of Toronto staff will join members of the community to officially open Tott’s Tot Lot Water Play and Splash Pad with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.

The water play-and-splash pad includes six different water play toy areas.
