- Summer Weekend Fun at the NFB– Summer Saturdays: This Saturday, August 27: THE VANISHING ALIEN (3D CLAY ANIMATION) – “Join us for some extraterrestrial animation that’s truly out of this world!”
- 12:00 pm – 12:30 pm: Screening program
- 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm: Animation workshop for children ages 6 to 13
- Admission cost is $5 per child / session – adult(s), at no extra charge, must accompany children

- FAME BY FRAME: Drop-in pixilation workshops!

- Saturdays and Sundays – 12 PM to 5 PM
- Drop-in and make pixilated movies in the NFB Mediatheque’s interactive lounge space

- Cine-Jeudi (a monthly series of French screenings): The First Thursday of Every Month:
- At these affordable admission costs: $6, $4 for students, seniors, members and passholders
- Please note that there will be no English subtitles on these French films at the Cine-Jeudi
- The first Cine-Jeudi screening will present, on Thursday, September 1 at 7:30 PM, the Toronto Premiere of Terre et chocolat preceded by Animastress
