“Harbourfront Centre honours the act of bearing witness to the African Diaspora with the celebration of Kuumba presented by TD, which includes Africa, the Caribbean, Canada, South America, Europe, the US, and anywhere people of African descent have made a significant contribution to the culture.
Kuumba presented by TD is an all-ages festival celebrating the African Diaspora, and most events are FREE in Toronto, Ontario, Canada ”
